There is just something so wonderfully fun about the guys from The Flint Crepe Company. (top photo). The three of them come in laughing, with enough energy for a dozen, and they keep up the positive vibe and easy going crepe making all morning long. And, their crepes are awesome. Caprese, with basil, mozzarella & tomatoes, and, Fresh Fruit, with sweetened farm cheese and whipped cream were both heavenly. Yes, we will have them back soon!

Thanks to all the volunteers and guests for making breakfast fun, deelish and sustainable.

This week we have Simply Scrumptious catering in the kitchen, so come on by August 10 and enjoy the last Selma Cafe of the summer. We’re closing for August 17, 24 and 31, and will return September 7.
